

Matthew is a IT Support Specialist and macOS power-user and brings both the 'customer service' and the fundamental hard and soft technology-related skills required in a flexible, but collaborative learning environment. Matthew's progressively responsible roles brought him to Burgundy Farm Country Day School, and now he supports the school's lower school iPad program, middle school 1:1 Chromebook program, Google Apps Suite, addressing both macOS and iOS related issues, post-digital editing, utilizing ZenDesk ticketing management, assisting in the deployment and installation of hardware and software, contributing to the training of end-users, on-going technology inventory, supporting audio/visual systems on campus, as well as providing coordination of campus-wide events. Matthew is also familiar with the school's AccessIT library database.
